Capturing Guest Count Information in Menumate POS
Measuring the average spend on food and beverage for a restaurant is a critical key performance indicator. It can be used to drive service quality, increase turnover, improve customer satisfaction and reward staff. Measuring the average spend starts with capturing the number of guests on a table.
In Menumate POS under Maintenance, Miscellaneous Settings, POS Operation the option PROMPT FOR PATRON COUNT can be turned on and each sale will allow the operator to enter the number of Guests on the table.
The Patron count can be configured to have different settings i.e. Adults, Children and Senior Citizens to enable greater analysis of the types of customers visiting.
