Of course, no two businesses are alike. We offer four levels of support so you can choose the service that best suits your needs and budget.

Ranging from full cover to pay-as-you-go, it’s crucial to ensure you have the support you need, on hand when and where you need it. Not sure you’ve chosen the right option? As long as you give us 60 days notice we can adjust the level of your agreement at any time.

Choose your level:

  • Platinum – Full cover including 24/7 hardware & software support
  • Gold –24/7 software support, quarterly maintenance & upgrades
  • Silver – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm software support, maintenance & upgrades on request
  • Bronze –Support on a pay-as-you-go basis
