I would personally like to thank you for the smooth installation of the Menumate system at the Berkeley Hotel in January. As you can especially appreciate a new POS system is vital to success of any cash orientated business. One of the major problems we were experiening after take over was the accountability of stock and cash. The Menumate system has virtually transformed our operating efficiency overnight. With your help, the system has been installed swiftly, it was a fantastic help having the stock items pre-entered and ready to go. The staff have all picked up using the system with ease and have asked very few questions they couldn't answer themselves about how to use it.
I would especially recommend this system for any hospitality related business as more efficient and capable than any of the other systems on the market. I have used most of the point of sale systems currently available and find the Menumate system by far the easiest to setup and operate. Having your personal support available almost 24/7 at times was extremely comforting as were learning how to use it properly ourselves.
We are now looking forward to utilizing the system to its full potential to ensure we reach our best. The new touchscreen terminals look fantastic and make the bars look much more professional. Please let me know if I can ever do anything to assist you in the future also.
