One of the major parts of MenuMate with the Clubs is the MenuMate Membership system. Designed for the New Zealand club movement, the membership system provides these clubs with a full membership, subscription and loyalty system.

The MenuMate membership allows a club to run a detailed database of all members and also run a profit building, turnover increasing loyalty system through the MenuMate Point of Sale system.
Menumate also provides a unique Membership Kioski where members can swipe their membership card through the Kioski and receive rewards for visiting the club. This also provide very usefull analysis information for club managers on when members are visiting the club. | |

MenuMate can also be used for stocktaking. Many Clubs in New Zealand also use out hand held stocktake unit for improve their stocktake speed and accuracy.
The Stocktake Unit allows clubs to scan each item and enter the quantity, the stocktake is then downloaded saving numerous hours of data entry and possible data entry errors. | |
